Because we deal in premium imported dry fruits and nuts—which are perishable and consumable goods—we maintain strict health and safety standards. To ensure the integrity of our products and the safety of all our customers, we have established the following policy:
1. No Returns
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Once a food item has left our controlled facility, we cannot guarantee its hygiene or safety for resale. Therefore, we cannot accept any items back for a return or exchange if you have changed your mind or ordered the wrong product.
2. Damaged or Wrong Items
While we take the utmost care in packaging your global harvest, we understand that issues can occasionally occur during transit.
You are eligible for a replacement or refund only if:

The product arrived in a damaged or tampered condition.

The product received is different from what you ordered (wrong item).

The product has passed its expiration date at the time of delivery.
3. Reporting an Issue
To be eligible for a resolution regarding damaged or incorrect items, you must:

Contact us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide your Order Number.

Attach clear photos or a short video of the damaged packaging and the product itself.

Keep the original packaging and the item in the condition it was received.
4. Refunds (If Applicable)
If your claim is approved after our team inspects the evidence provided:

We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's or bank's policies.

In some cases, we may offer a replacement sent via express shipping at no additional cost to you.
5. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched. Once an order has been handed over to our shipping partners, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
